Primary Responsibilities:

Operate switchboard, answer phones, and route calls accordingly to staff members.

Act as Administrative Assistant for President/CEO, Benefits, and Property and Casualty department.

Assist with the development of social networking and website maintenance.

Bind presentations in preparation for proposal meetings and create binders.

Perform basic clerical duties such as making copies, scanning, faxing, printing and sending e-mails for President/CEO, and light filing.

Organize office luncheons once a month or as requested.
